OTIMER’s flashing light notifies consumers which medications to take and when, even among many. 

OTIMER is activated by pressing the device after the first dose is taken.  When it is safe to take the next dose, the red light begins to flash. Consumers can then take the prescribed dose from the blinking bottle or bottles. A push to the top of the device will restart the timer.  

This simple device can be attached to any pill bottle and many other medicine packages. It is easy to secure to the top, bottom, or side. The appropriate timer is chosen at the time of prescription fulfillment based on the desired schedule. Timers are available in 4, 6,12 and 24 hour versions. As a disposable device, when the medication is gone, consumers throw away their empty pill container along with OTIMER.

OTIMER was designed with simplicity in mind: there are no reading glasses, confusing buttons or instructions required.  OTIMER’s goal is to reduce drug errors and improve incremental compliance.
